Plašs, gaumīgi iekārtots, ērts un gaišs dzīvoklis. Daudz dabīgo augu. Labs internets. Viss nakšņošanai nepieciešamais, ir arī rezerves segas, spilveni un dvieļi, vismaz trīs dažādu veidu šampūni. Ir tīrība un kārtība, bet nezaudējot mājīgumu.

Ieteikums: ja viesiem ir pieejamas beramās tējas, tad noderētu arī kāds tējas sietiņš. Nedaudz piepūles prasīja dabūt ūdeni ārā no vannas.
