Property is amazing ,beach is at walkable distance but the staff was very rude . What is the point of the location is good but unethical staff.

The most disappointed thing was after the check out we were waiting for our cab or Tuk Tuk and the manager of the property told me I can’t wait at the property post check out . The lobby is not a waiting area . Well I wasn’t just sitting there was waiting for my transport if you want extra money you can simply inform and I would have paid for it . Not recommending at all

L’hotel è esattamente fronte mare, molto vicina alle spiagge principali. La struttura è pulita e moderna e il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione è super abbondante e buonissima. L’ultimo giorno siamo partiti molto presto al mattino e il proprietario ci ha preparato la colazione al sacco abbondante e molto buona. Abbiamo cenato in hotel una sera e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. I prezzi sono molto onesti, più bassi rispetto ai locali della zona, e il cibo è pazzesco e molto abbondante.

Per arrivare alle spiagge (turtles beach, Mirissa beach) è necessario passare sulla strada principale che è piuttosto trafficata.

It is the first time we came to Sri Lanka and chose Mirissa as our destination to stay for 3 nights. The sightseeing is great when we stand on the balcony, it is close to the sea and beach. The landlord is really nice and we had great time here. We enjoyed local food. People’s smiles impressed us.

More choices for food and drinks are recommended. Multiple languages instruction for international tourists.

The room Cosy and comfortable. Hot water for bathing is stable! Breakfast is really good!

מלון קטן בוטיקי, חדרים גדולים ונקיים ומסודרים! מקום משפחתי עם חוקים ברורים, שווה לדעת את זה מראש לנו זה לא הפריע . ארנג׳ה בחור חביב עשה לנו קבלת פנים נהדרת עזר לנו לסגור אטרקציות טובות במחירים טובים! באופן כללי משפחה מארחת ממש מדהימה! ארגנו לנו ארוחת בוקר לפני ואחרי סיורים שקמנו מוקדם! בקיצור קטן אינטימי מיקום שקט ברחוב נחמד ממליצים מאוד!
