We enjoyed customer service.

I think the servicemen were over doing it ....

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, spacious and had a lovely balcony, the staff was very helpful and friendly - special compliments to Johannes, the chef, who really made us feel welcome and at home with his joyful hospitality. The gardens are beautiful and we also went on a half-day drive around lake Nakuru organised directly - our driver was patient, gave loads of information about the animals.

The property is not in walking distance to Nakuru centre but it’s likely nicer for it

It's a nice cool place; Chef was on standby, and we really liked that.

We liked the garden but it eas raining so we did not use it a lot

Please some more lights in the room. And the showers are hot but the shower head is not working very well

We had a wonderful stay,the staff were friendly and the meals were superb.The garden is lovely.

We really enjoyed the food and the organised trip to lake Nakuru. We really want to thank our chef, our driver Dan and hotel maneger who all made our trip unforgetable.

A great place to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful and restaurant excellent

Communication was super easy and they helped us with all our inquiries immediately. Best food ever! Lovely cook! We also went on safari with them and had a great time!

I had fantastic stay at the hotel.The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive ,always willing to help.One of my highlights of my stay was that the hotel offered an organized tours which made exploring the area so convenient and enjoyable.
