1. Localization is excellent. Very near Budapest Downtown 2. I asked for a late check-out and it was granted with no issues at all

1. The ad in the Booking.com website shows more than 50 photos and I must admit I was able to find 2 or 3 from the apartment I rented (for sure treated by some photo editor) which made me think I was cheated - I asked host and he told me he has more than one apartment, not sure if this is correct do do. 2. One of the windows at the living room was lacking curtains, leaving my son and daughter to wake up early morning with the sun light - I asked the host about this, but he didn't do anything. 3. Mattresses are in very poor condition, not even acceptable. Also, a instead a couple bed I got two beds together. 4. The sofa bed in the living room is in very bad condition as well, with black tape to fix ripped parts. 5. They provided 3 beds (as requested) but sheets only for two, making my son and daughter to split them - I told host about it and he didn't do anything. 6. Internet speed is soo slow. Ok for messaging, but not sufficient for anything else. 7. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING - The apartment is inside a condo, with a lot of bars and restaurants at the ground level. Music and noise until late night, which is acceptable. The big problem is people start cleaning, supplying restaurants and other tasks very early at morning, sometimes around 5-6 AM and do not care about others sleeping. In my 6 nights stay, I was able to sleep a little bit more just ONE day. 8 - Some other things like power outlets coming out of the wall, douche in shower hold at 1,20 meters, leaving us to take a shower using only one hand while the other was holding the douche. 9 - Towels provided with questionable cleanness. This is the worst place I stayed I can remember. Host really need to take some actions to fix these items.

It was well located, close to the centre, clean and the place itself was nice.

There was a bit of noise at night time, because, even when the place is well located, it is in a hallway full of restaurants and pubs. The toilet wasn't bad, but it wasn't in great conditions either. Apart from that, everything was fine.

There were cockroaches and we were located on 1st floor n the noise level was unbearable as we are surrounded by bars n restaurants n noise only stop ard 3am daily! Air con not working too! Host was not too helpful when we can’t find the place!!! We wasted 1.5hrs finding the place as the driver arranged by host dropped us at the wrong building!!
