Śmierdząca toaleta, brak odświeżacza i kostek WC,w łazience poluzowana umywalka i bardzo słabe światło plus zużyty cuchnący ręcznik.Klimatyzacja uruchamiana ręcznie archaiczna i budząca zagrożenie zdrowotne.W pseudo kuchni brak płynu do naczyń i jakiejkolwiek ściereczki, lodówka bez oświetlenia uruchamiana zewnętrznym przełącznikiem.Totalna abstrakcja właściwie niedziałająca i na koniec telewizor bez telewizji.

Siamo arrivati intorno alle 20.30 e nella confusione delle persone è stato difficile da individuare il portone giusto perchè il numero civico non si riusciva a leggere e non si capiva dove fosse l'appartamento. Siamo dovuti entrare in tutti i portoni e verificare il codice della camera.

We loved our stay! The apartment was spacious, spotless, and perfectly located right by Gozsdu Udvar. It was so easy to step outside and be surrounded by great restaurants and lively bars. Perfect for our group of friends!

We had a fantastic stay in Budapest. The apartment was clean and absolut in the centre. Thanks for the staff all service.

The location is great, as in the city centre. Bedsheets were clean and white.

We arrived 15 minutes after the 3pm check-in time, and the cleaners asked if we could come back as they were running late. While talking to them, we overheard one of the cleaners on the phone asking for a hoover and a mophead as those were not provided for them. On the front door, the rod holding the handles was too long. The two handles moved back and front and would only open the door in certain positions. There was a sticker on the outside doorframe giving a phone number to an emergency locksmith. All of this didn't fill me with confidence as when calling the company, there was no answer. They did answer messages only. When messaging them saying the front door is broken I received a sarcastic comment saying the handle is not broken as people before me managed to get in and out and they are sorry that I am unable to use the handle. Despite all this, someone came out the next day, and the handle got fixed. The air-conditioning didn't work. When asking about it, I was told that it must work and that it may be on the winter setting. When changed, it kept blowing out air, but no cooling. When asked again, I had been told that the outside temperature is 20celsius at night so they don't understand why I would complain about a broken air conditioning unit. I paid for an air-conditioned apartment as advertised. I didn't appreciate being made fun of again. They had two fans in the property suggesting they're fully aware of the lack of air-conditioning. The property wasn't clean. The shower is covered in limescale. The shower drain is blocked by the hair of previous visitors. The floor wasn't cleaned, and rugs were dirty. The living room furniture is inappropriate. A double bed with two bedside tables that has no space for one of them. There are 4 chairs with the faux leather pealing off. Three out of four were later covered by some white sheets when they fixed the door handle. There is also a broken, dirty looking sofa bed.

Dobra lokalizacja, duży przestronny apartament.

Apartament wymaga remontu, uszkodzona słuchawka prysznicowa, w niektórych miejscach wychodzi grzyb na ścianach. Czystość na średnim poziomie.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! me and my family decided to stay here for a night after we saw the goof reviews but i wish we never did!! Firstly we went into the apartment and without even looking around, a strong smell was there. Like the smell of a smelly shoe. We put our things down and went to look around the place. There is alot of space i cant lie but if u cant take care of such a big place dont list it at all!!! We looked at our bedsheets and they were USED. From the photos i shared, u can see clear stains and little hairs that were deffo not ours, because we hadnt even layed down or sat down yet. I was DISGUSTED. Then we found a pair of what we hoped was a clean pair of sheets and towels in the closet but they were thrown in there. After that i investigated a bit more and found out EVERY single beds bedsheets had not been changed. As i was walking to investigate, my socks got extremly dirty to the point they were almost BLACk. I looked under the chairs and as u can see in the photos it was CLEARLY bearly cleaned. At the top of the white lamp was SO much dust. There was also a spider at the top of the door. Most of the cabinets were broken. Lightswitched too! There was booger smeared on the wall right above the bed and on the curtain too! The toilet brush was not cleaned or changed. The whole house was extremly dirty. It shouldnt even be listed for others. The staff was nice but the room wasnt.
