L’ubicazione della casetta è in un punto centrale strategico della cittadina. La casetta è accessoriata di tutto punto. Bella vista sul porticciolo. Host Gentile e presente.

Chi arriva con l’automobile, è utile sappia che, dal 1° luglio al 31 agosto, ogni sera, dalle ore 20.30 alle ore 05.00 la strada viene chiusa completamente alle auto, l’area diventa pedonale. Complicato trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze della casetta dopo le 19.30. La casetta ha come pecca principale, che non si evince in fase di prenotazione, una stretta e ripida scala a chiocciola che porta all’unica camera da letto e l’unico bagno mansardati. Sconsigliato a chi non ha buone articolazioni e a chi non può caricare per due abbondanti rampe di scale strette e a chiocciola, il peso della classica valigia da 20 kg. Sconsigliato alle persone robuste che, se anche volessero dormire nel divano letto in cucina , si troverebbero comunque a dover affrontare i gradini ripidi e stretti al momento di usufruire del bagno, poiché il bagno si trova sopra in mansarda. Host Gentile e presente alle richieste , anche se tassativa , alle 10.00 in punto era fuori dalla porta per riprendere possesso del suo appartamento.

A charming place to live with a beautiful view. We really enjoyed the small city which was calm but yet lively during evening with a lot of italian tourists, making it feel authentic. Our apartment was very clean and looks a lot better than the pictures, taking us by surprise! Our charming host Laura had really thought of everything that you need as a tourist staying here. We had good use from a lot of the things in the apartment. She was so nice and available all the time, giving us fantastic tips of things to do during our stay which made everything better. Parking is free just outside.

The water pressure from the shower was a bit weak, but really only a problem if you have long and thick hair like me..

We had an unforgettable stay at Casetta sul Porticciolo in Stintino, Sardinia. The location of the apartment is simply perfect – just a few steps from the marina and within walking distance of the stunning La Pelosa beach. This place is a paradise for sea and beach lovers. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay, including beach gear, which was a great bonus. We could enjoy the sun and the sea immediately without any additional purchases. The service was top-notch, and the host Laura is a wonderful person who made us feel at home. She was extremely helpful and always available to answer any questions or requests we had. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Casetta sul Porticciolo to anyone planning a holiday in Sardinia. We will definitely be back!

This "Casetta sul Porticciolo" is very special for holidays in Sardinia. The position in the harbour of Stintino allows you to find at walking distance whatever you need to enjoy a relaxed holiday, like shops, good restaurants, wonderful small beaches, everything with a local touch and friendly people. From the balcony you can enjoy a nice view on the harbour and the house is fully accessorised. We appreciated a lot the friendliness of our host Laura. She devoted quite some time to us at our arrival to explain the local area and even took us for a tour. We received a lot of information from her, a lovely welcome basket, and a farewel souvenir. Grazie Laura :-) If you want to be more active, Stintino is a fantastic starting point to visit the wonderful province of Sassari and get a full immersion in nature and culture, like the Asinara island and Neptune's Cave or numerous Nuraghe and Necropolis areas.

No Wifi, but for us it was not a problem.
