The view is amazing. The bed was comfortable.

Not very clean and needs some maintenance. Uncomfortable couch and seating in TV room. Host was not very friendly and ignored my message regarding early check in.

I booked this place and was told there was a mix up & Andrew would organise another place or he can refund which was ridiculous because we made plans prior and I feel he was going to tell me late had I not called and inquired about something related to my booking , we were sent to 29 ocean drive this was last min we accepted and decide to go either way… upon arrival we were told the geyser busted and the property was flooding and they advised they can look for another place or refund Kirsty is unprofessional she suggested a refund and i booked and drove 600km no sense of urgency or something We had to accept the place we were taken to which was Elelani 10 min away we inconvenienced and had to drive there

We didn’t visit the place at this point but we didn’t get what we payed for!!

Too much administration before check in ( ID copies of all occupants. I think the main member's is enough. We don't carry kids' ID copies on vacation. )

Excellent stay. Very well appointed with everything you could need. Proper wifi. Very comfortable and super clean. Well situated with breathtaking views. Highly recommended.

Early checkout

The actual apartment was beautiful. The view is the most special thing about the place. It would be the only reason to book again.

There is no Braai facility even though the site says there is. We had to wait till the next day for a braai stand. The oven does not work, one the day we arrived the electricity cut off due to not being able to use both oven and stove. We tried using the oven because the stove was really slow. It was extremely difficult to get ahold of the owner who's number is given on the site. Thankfully the helper arranged for the maintenance guy to assist us. He literally saved our trip from being an absolute disaster. The site provided an option to check in early and we obviously took that option only to arrive at the place and cannot go into the apartment. We waited for 2 hours arguing with the owner, proving that we were given an option to check in early. We were asked to wait at the key pick up and then to be told no we must pick the key from the apartment. It was a very dramatic check in process. I could not enter without proving ID copies and email of all the guests staying. I asked the owner if not completely the form will affect the check in process she did not respond to only learn about this on arrival. The number that is provided on the site is of no use because no one answered we tried finding out information nearing our stay and there was no answer. Thanks to the exceptional view, you will literally overlook everything because it is so breathtaking.

Well located, well appointed and clean

We had power for the first hour of our stay and then nothing until we checked out the next morning. It meant we were unable to cook, and all our devices ran out of battery by the morning as well.

The house is spacious, big enough to host a family of 6... the view almost has a healing effect, exactly what we needed while managing our Comrades team.
