We loved every aspect of our stay including the stylish room, the comfortable bed, the easy parking, the stunning sunsets enjoyed from the roof terrace, and the generous breakfast in Gianni’s bar. But best of all was Gianni’s hospitality. He made us feel very welcome!

Gianni is an an excellent host, very friendly. Thank you for your thoughtful gift! The apt is super clean, great quality linens and towels. Breakfast at the host's caffe was perfect. Loved the proximity to the beach, free street parking is available as well.

Gianni is a most wonderful host, not only carrying our luggage up and down the steep flight of stairs, but also parking our rental car for us and solving the question of how turn off the headlights. He made us feel welcome in a natural and friendly way. The room is a simple, elegant and stylish space, cleverly designed to meld old and new in a recently renovated building. The soft color of the local tufa stone creates a serene atmosphere. The bathroom is stunning, the bed blissful. We enjoyed a generous breakfast across the road at Gianni's enoteca/ristorante Ripasso - in fact, we suggest you put Ripasso in your GPS for a simplified arrival. We'd love to return.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Peschechi. 10 min walk from the beach. Incredibly clean rooms with great interior. And a very sweet host with his own cafe where he serves the breakfast and you can choose anything you want. Definitely recommending this hotel!

Friendly Gianni, well located in centre, very nice new clean comfortable , great breakfast.

Had difficulty finding the property by car. Unfortunately we received a hefty parking ticket as you have to pay 24/7. Later realised we should have called Gianni .

Very nice and spacious suite located in the centre of downtown and yet very quite and peaceful in the evening. Breakfast is very delicious. The host is super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this B&B to anyone who travels to Peschici.

Excellent central location, accommodation very clean and a wonderful host. We will return and would recommend.
