"Spacious apartment for a very good price"

Spacious apartment with 4 bedrooms and enough space to host even 2 families with kids. We had a wonderful stay in Riga for 2 nights with friends, and would surely return when necessary. Quiet neighborhood, free parking in the yard, free WIFI, big flatscreen TV and fully equipped kitchen - for a very competitive price. Highly recommended!

"renovated apartment close to the city centre, however in a neglected building"

close to the city centre (20 minute walk) or you take a bus. The apartment is clean and has been renovated.

The apartment is established as a flat to rent for few days. It does not have a very homy character. E.g. most walls are naked (no pictures), just a a little bit of decoration. I recommend to add more nice decoration so that you get some more the feeling to be at home. The apartment itself is located in a building which nearly breaks down (whole building is missing fresh colour, the rendering falls down, you see the naked brickstones. It seems to be very neglected.).

"Amennyiben újból arra visz az útam mindenképp visszatérek."

A szállás egy négy szobás nagy lakás konyhával, étkezővel, nagyon jó felszereltséggel, 10 perc sétára a rigai piactól és 15 percnyire a belvárostól. Baráti társaságnak, vagy nagy családnak ideális. Nagyon jó ár-érték arány, mindenképpen tudom ajánlani.

A bejutás a szállásra kicsit körülményes volt, bár ehhez a gyenge angoltudásunk is kellett, viszont a tulajdonos nagyon segítőkész volt a probléma megoldásában. Az épület kívülről kicsit megviseltnek tűnik, de a lakás kifogástalan.

Byl byl čistý, dobře připravený, veliký. Kuchyň byla čistá, postele pohodlné. Pan domácí komunikoval sice přes zprávy, ale dozvěděli jsme se vše podstatné.

Bytu by slušela klimatizace, aby se nemusely otevírat okna. Jedná se lokalitu blízko hlavní silnice,kde jezdí sanitky, a auta bez výfuku, kteří to pěkně rozpalují. V noci na ulici hulákají lidi. Ale spím tvrdě, vzbudil jsem jen asi párkrát.

Iso ja valoisa asunto, hyvin tilaa isollekin porukalle. Korkeat huoneet. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi.

Liikenteen melu häiritsi vähän herkkäunisimpia.

Tilava huoneisto, sijainti kävelymatkan päässä vanhasta kaupungista ja keskustasta. Ruokakauppa lähellä. Auton sai parkkiin pihalle.

Liikenteen äänet kuuluu ja saattaa häiritä herkkäunisia.

"Spacious apartment ideal for families."

Spacious apartment, good beds, perfect for a family. Clean. Quiet neighbours. Walking distance to the market hall and the bus station. Trams and buses near by. More than one set of keys, which was helpful when we had different schedules during the stay. Rimi and Maxima shops less than 5 minutes away, right across the busy street.

The apartment is in a side street close to a busy road, which could be somewhat disturbing with the windows open. However we adjusted surprisingly fast.
