My strangest experience with accommodation so far (and I've been to many places). Contrary to the description, it does not have its own parking lot (we had a car, so this was an important consideration when booking), nor a kitchenette (there was no refrigerator), and there is no possibility to rent a car either. This is an apartment building in the city center, but it is difficult to find (the name of the accommodation can be seen barely noticeable on a small sign on the facade), which can be accessed with the code received in the chat. We didn't have the key in the key safe, it was brought there by a married couple (presumably the owners) amidst many apologies when we pointed out the fact. All this happened after 15-20 minutes of standing on the street and making phone calls in the heat - we were tired. Due to the lack of parking, we had to pay to park on the street. When we left, the owner/staff was not there again, and they tried to solve the payment afterwards by asking for our credit card number and secret code (!!!). Of course, we did not provide this and we also informed Booking's customer service of the fact. So: it's worth thinking about booking here, because it doesn't leave a good impression...
