The room smelled so good when we stepped in. No bugs inside the apartment. Lots of activities and food programs. The swimming pool was so clean! I will definitely come back!

Very clean and nice...spacious

It was clean and the staff was kind.

The apartment had 2 separate beds and those were not at all ok. One had an old mattress the other one had a bad frame. Everything else was ok.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It's basic, but it is beautiful, quiet, and welcoming. If you want to be in the centre of everything this is not for you. If you want luxury, this is not for you. But if you want a quaint, peaceful, relaxing farm style, stay. With wonderful, helpful, lovely staff, clean, comfortable accommodation, and great swimming pools (one heated with a pull back roof. Both swimming pools have jacuzzis, including jacuzzi beds in the heated pool!!) Then this place is perfect. Just off the main lakeside road, halfway between Sirmione and Peschiera, you do really need a car if you're staying here and want to explore the area (we hired one from rentsmart24 who were great). But it's close to Lidl and several restaurants and is a very convenient base. The staff are lovely, fun, friendly and extremely helpful. Oh, and the cocktails are fantastic, too!

The only thing I can say that wasn't fantastic was the put up bed in the main room (I think it's advertised as a sofa bed but isn't). This single put up bed would be OK for a small child but not any good really for an adult. When you sit on it your bum nearly hit the floor. We got round this by putting a big suitcase under it. The beds in the bedrooms however were incredibly comfortable.

We staying in a self-catering apartment that had two bedrooms, and each had an ensuite bathroom (which was perfect considering we were traveling with two teenage girls!) The air conditioning worked excellently well, which was a huge bonus in the summer Italian heat. There was a nice pool and we ate some snacks poolside (along with some mojitos), and really enjoyed the facilities overall. The public bathroom was kept spotless.

Our only minor quibble was that there was no dish soap or dishcloths/towels and garbage bags provided. It was slighly inconvenient the first day trying to keep the kitchen clean without them.

The site is well equipped. The swimming pool is nice.

We booked the place on the morning of arriving because of uncertainty of our flights due to the war in our country. There was no other option but to book for 7 nights. After the first night we realized that it's not for us. The "bungalow" is very tight for our family, also the location is not in the city center nor by the lake. but the main issue was the size of accommodation, looking much larger in the pictures than how it actually is. After the first night we asked from the owner to let us leave after 4 nights (instead of 7). she refused and she was also being completely not pleasant. We tried to explain the difficult situation we are at, and she didn't even tried to reach out to a solution. She could suggest to try to accommodate the bungalow with other people, and to release us only if it will happen. We were also willing to pay more than the equivalent nights cost, but she was being mean to us. We felt it was because of our origin. I hope we're wrong.
