ZAZAZAZAWe booked a room and upon arrival we were told someone else has been allocated to that room already. On top of that we could not even reach or speak to the Manager of the place. We were told we were going to be reimbursed for that but…

I checked in at 14:00 i get in my room at 15:40 because they were still cleaning. I got keys at 18:00 Master key imagine. POOR SERVICE I WILLNEVER VISIT THAT PLACE AGAIN
