Convenient Location and nice facilities - very clean

parking at night was difficult and the door handle needs to be fixed as it was difficult getting in

Unit was comfortable. All-in-all unit was acceptable for price point and the pluses outnumbered the issues.

Unit cleaning could have been much better - bathroom area needs a good cleaning - we needed to clean up screened in porch (lots of dirt on floor and table needed cleaned off). Appliances are in need of updating (doors to stove and dishwasher are crooked - light over stove did not work. Parking was a real problem - needed to park several buildings away because limited spaces in our building were constantly occupied.

Location was great, community property was well maintained. Totally functional for our group.

Although the floor in all rooms were swept and vacuumed, they were dirty (needed to be washed) Quite a lot of grit and grime on the floors. Lacking wine glasses (even if they were to be plastic would have been fine. No hair dryer.

Exactly what was needed. Entry to property was easy... Also will rent again when in the area...

Great location, and very private unlike a motel.
