The Room was located direct near the kitchen and sometimes it was loud. The Wi-fi is very weak

Rooms were filthy showed us to our room it had flies everywhere and spider webs infested the place, then told us our toilet was leaking so to be careful. He was rude and the cockerels outside guarantee to wake you up at 4am, wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Basic doesn’t bother me but unhygienic does.

The staff were nice and helpful. The location is good if you are looking to party until late.

The state of the room was reckless. The maintenance of the hotel has been neglected for a long time. eg. Door to bathroom not closing, old AC machine with missing flap and not very powerful, water from the sink was free flowing on the floor (it was sort of repaired by the staff quickly). There are no photos of the bathroom for a reason. The hotel is right next to the tube bars at the end of the tubing route and they have extremely loud music. Couldn't sleep until 2am. Even with earplugs on they are super loud. Would not recommend for a couple.

The location was great and the staff were lovely really helpful with booking transport and activities too. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. The stay felt like good value for money compared to elsewhere in Vang Vieng.

The room in general was good the only thing that could be improved would be some kind of storage - even just a few hooks in the bathroom and bedroom and a small bedside table or shelving unit as there wasn’t anywhere to hang wet towels etc. Other than that everything else was brilliant though.
