ZAZAI booked on line for a private room when I arrived I was given a shared bathroom unit . When I queried the manager was quite rude over the phone and offered to cancel my booking. At that time when I arrived I had no option but to stay . I had already paid for 2 nights so I wasn’t that happy but stayed all the same . The bed was hard not comfortable at all. Shower was working but the shower mixer couldn’t get right yu either had cold or hot water. The staff were friendly but had not power to make any decisions
Communication is important being rude to clients well especially me I don’t think that’s ok

ZAI like nothing about the place. It's dirty , untidy, unhealthy and a dangeroys place to stay. I didn't stay there although I paid in full. I' never reccommend this place to anyone. It's not a place to stay in.

Right when we arrived we had to be welcomed by loud sex sounds😬it's not the staff's fault but atleast be strict with rules and tell your customers to behave.
