Receiving the same room all the time l book takes me back to my frustrastions l run away from
ZANothing! This place was horrible! Only slept ONE night because we were tired. Book out the next morning. I have photos for evidence! I really want someone to contact me! They are not on Bookings.com standard!
NO bathtubs (cannot bath) Shower tubs out of the wall Untidy dustbins outside Every drawer that you open is full of condoms. No! I am super unhappy with this place. From the minute we complained, not even the manager tried to contact me to ask what the problem might be. No 👎🏼, also NOT on Bookings.com standards. I can provide photos.

ZAZAThe rooms were neat and tidy. It was close to where I needed to be. Comfortable bed. Nice swimming pool area even though it was too cold to use.
Rooms are freezing cold. Cigarette butts under the bed. Last day of my stay I noticed some tiny cockroaches in the bathroom. Hourly room rentals make the whole atmosphere feel uncomfortable for me. Slow wifi that kept on disconnecting. Chipped and old crockery.
