1. Clean and big with all the necessary facilities inside! 2. Use an app to lock or unlock the doors, which is pretty convenient. 3. Very helpful customer service with immediate responses.

1. There were cloths in the dryer when I wanted to use it. 2. It was running out of shampoo and body wash on my first night, but they provided new ones the next day after I told them. 3. Close but not in downtown. If you use public transport, it takes around 10 minutes to walk to the nearest bus station.

The host was very quick with responses and it was very clean !! I loved the deep tub and the bed was very soft . Self check in with a app was pretty neat as well .

You can hear the neighbors walking around upstairs and sometimes when they are talking. But if you are used to a little noise then it’s no problem.

Excellent stay! We loved this apartment. Great location near downtown and midtown. It’s spacious, comfortable bed and pillows and had everything that we needed for our stay. The instructions through the app were very clear and it was easy to use. Plus, the host was very kind and easy to communicate with. 100% recommend this place!

Location was perfect for the work we were doing and the leisure activities we attended. Love the convenience of the washer and dryer. We enjoyed having a full fridge, air fryer and microwave. The beds were comfortable, it was very clean and quiet. I most definitely will be booking soon.

There is nothing I didn't like. I did have a small issue trying to figure out the Chirp app but my host was very patient, kind and explained and answered all questions I had.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, good location, safe parking, kitchen well stocked with appliances. Good water pressure. The Chirp app was very convenient. The staff is extremely helpful.

Light coming in from street even with blinds closed. Not an issue for me but my wife needed a sleep mask. It is an apartment so you will sometimes hear other residents. Walls are a little thin. But, no one was inappropriately loud. It is just a part of apartment living. There is nothing seriously wrong with the place. Some curtains would be nice.
