Kata Gardens Apartments

Рекомендую , отличная квартира в тихом кондоминимуме. Все оборудовано для жизни. Отдыхала с тремя детьми. Кухня полностью укомплектована. Севен элевен в 3х минутах хотьбы, там же отличный тайский массаж в новом здании с ремонтом и свежими полотенцами. На территории несколько бассейнов, мы там практически всегда были одни. Пляж Ката ной в 3х минутах, Ката в 5ти минутах хотьбы. Хозяйка всегда на связи. Также на территории есть небольшой спорт зал. Пользовалась им, все отлично. Уборка выше всяких похвал. Меняли и убирали все.

Location is good although the Kata Beach is dirty and stinky this year with green weeds and lots of plankton in the water and our child got bitten by a bad jelly fish. Public toilet drains wastwater directly on the cliff and then in the beach and water. 4-6 rows of beds and ambrelas on the beach - it's nt like it used to be. Pictures attached.

Bed bugs and fleas in the beds and sofas and carpets, rudness of the host and refusal to return us not used nights so we could move somwhere else and book an alternative safe place, electricity bill which is not described in the property listing; they have not returned us a 5000 deposit although it's written that it is 100% returned upon departure; "free transfer" from the airport with a reference booking number wich was included at the package has not arrived and we wasted 3 hours looking for it at the airport and at the receprion of the provider Car Drive Rental once we found them. Nobody solved that problrm or covered our extra taxi expence. Horrible service and one cannot feel safe and welcomed from very beging.

Stayed with two kids, everything was good, no problems, nice location, great host.

The apartment offered to us was not the same as we booked and pre.paid 5 nights. We did not accept this and asked for a refund after moving to a different apartment - at higher cost. We received a small part of the refund in the form of wallet credit. Not good enough!

Magnificent interior and view from terrace of lovely gardens

At the end of our stay we were presented with quite a large electricity bill. In the fine print it had stated that electricity charges MAY apply. Had we been told that these DID apply as we checked in, we would’ve made a more concerted effort, but it was not stated and we were shocked with the bill.
