Lake infinity Penthouse

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at the Lake Infinity Penthouse in Nuwara Eliya. The property is perfect for a family, spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The views were lovely and the atmosphere was peaceful, making it a relaxing place for everyone. The staffs were incredibly welcoming and helpful. A special thanks to Kumari, for assisting us throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. She was very kind and great service! Our kids also had a great time, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay in Nuwara Eliya!

We were on the third floor, and there was no passenger elevator, so we had to use the staircase. It would have been more convenient, especially with kids and luggage, to have an elevator. Especially, when its very cold walking through the building at night

Clean and comfortable place. The staff here were amazing, especially the girls including Kumari, who were extremely helpful and always went the extra mile 👏 😀

Nothing much. Maybe more stocked toilet paper.

Water for showers was not hot. The wifi was not working.
