Clean, big apartament, great location, enjoyed our stay very much!

That they didn't have a 1 bedroom option.

The address shown in the booking.com was not appropriate. It took me to a motor garage. It was a wrong place to go. I had to drive 1 hour but could not find the property

It was lovely staying here. Erick is the best host. Good listener and solutions oriented. The apartment was spacious and my son drove his cars around. We will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very spacious, well decorated and had all of the main things you would need for cooking etc. The internet worked well. It is also quiet. Hot water worked well. Apartment was exactly like pictures.

Only thing I did not like was the apartment being up several flights of stairs and being located in an area that is a challenge for uber or bolt to find. It will be good to put a list of taxis and bajajis a person can call in the room that know the location of the apartments. That would come in handy for people who did not come with a car. Motel is located in a good part of the city but not on a good road. Other than that, I would count it as a 10. It will be good to mention on listing if apartment is not on ground floor. Some people would be unable to climb all of the stairs.

Apartments is a nice size, It has stove,fridge and microwave etc. It is stocked with basic things you will need. Lots of room, ac and hot water heater works well. Decorated well. Good place to stay if you want the feel of staying in a home instead of a motel. Also it was quiet.Internet was better than many places I have stayed in Dar.

Apartment I stayed in is up several flights of stairs. Also be prepared to use other methods of travel other than uber and bolt as it is off a main road even though in good area of the city. Because this is an apartment, you take care of many things like cleaning room etc yourself even though I am sure you could ask for help if you needed it. Not place to stay for customer who is expecting benefits of staying in a hotel. (Room service, prepared breakfast etc)More simular to renting a place that is furnished.

The space was large.

Wasn’t clean, toilet seat broken, refrigerator smell, sheets had rips in them. Towels were dirty and no clean sheets available. The location was terrible. Uber and bolt were always lost and cancel rides on us. Location is no good. Made us late for all events. No one can give directions to this place. They are always going somewhere else and lost.
