Palm Springs Apartments

The location of the property was good. The property it self was lovely, clean and comfy

We had to pay for electric to uses any of the heaters, cook food and charge our devices and this wasn’t stated when booking

The location was fine

Didn't know that it had a electric meter which was very expensive we put over 10 pounds in. The room's were dirty and there was no hot water was very disappointing after what we paid for it would not stay in it ever again

Kitchen aneks small but ok. In bathroom I step on matt to look in to shower , mat was weet. Shower... I didnt take it. Electricity- we had to spend extra £10 or more with coinst o top up, one radiator didnt work , we had electric fan. At night about 3 am some ppl come upstairs to thier room drunk full of arguments, we heard everything , couldnt sleep. We had parking space, and we could leave at 11 am next day.

Nice and homely - comfortable beds

No mention prior to booking about having to pay extra for use of electrics Was also very cold - the main heater in the living room did not work

1 plug in heater for 4 rooms. freezing cold. toe nail clipping on the carpet cost 7 pound for the 10 hours we stayed there. we had 2 children that had to sleep on the floor because it was freezing cold in the other rooms. no towels to dry your hands after being the toliet. Tried to contact customer service with no reply. stay away at all cost

very convenient location. staff very accommodating, unfortunately I didn't realise towels weren't provided. two were lent to us no problem at all

WiFi signal not great at all. although signal in Blackpool in general is shocking
