"Our trip was ruined by shameless behaviour of its receptionist and poor facilities at the property"

Nothing special

1. We had booking for 3 family members (including our 18+ son) in suite room and paid for that. But only 2 towels and 2 water bottles (500 ml) were provided. Despite repeated requests, hotel didn't provide 3rd towel and water bottle. 2. We kept on requesting repeatedly to provide towel but to our dismay the female receptionist (I don't want to name her) kept us waiting endlessly until the time of checkout on 12.03.25 and one of our member had to checkout without taking showers despite reminding them immediately after check-in, in early morning hours, after breakfast and 3-4 times from 11 am onwards. 3. On complaining, she was ruthless and simply unapologetic. She told her Manager "Guest is shouting and handle yourself". Does complaining is shouting? Is it appropriate for hotel staff to call it's guests as shouting, even when that was not case. If you can't provide Guest basic necessities (we paid around 10k), then does guest not have any right to either know the hotel policy or to complain ? 4. Why don't hotel put its policy on its website and on all online booking platforms that whatsoever the case may be (even if guest pays for 3rd family member), the hotel will neither provide water bottle nor towel and their staff are shamelessly trained to harass the guests. 5.In last, the receptionist played her "woman card" saying that we should know how to talk to woman. Her attitude simply shows that she doesn't want to listen any complaint, probably she thinks guests as animals and her hotel as slaughterhouse. Shameless attitude !!! It shows her upbringing and training. She could have simply aplogized rather than abusing guests. She could have said that the guest is repeatedly complaining, but she chose to say that guest is "shouting". They should be trained to use appropriate words.

"Nice Stay"

Perfect Location in Business District. Good clean property. Balcony was a big plus.

Breakfast could improve and staff specially at check-in need to be smart and attentive while dealing with customers.

Breakfast is average, rooms are spacious

Rooms are not clean, mosquitos . Power back up failures , internet speed is too slow. Had faced 3 black outs for few minutes in 2 days.
