Warm, clean and convenient

It was roomy and comfortable and had everything I needed. Loved the spa bath. Was in a great location, quiet, with views of the mountains and a short walk into downtown Methven.

The beds could be a bit more comfortable, they were fine but have slept in better. The tv in the studio room didn't work on our last night.

Great view and location to walk to town. Sam was very attentive and accommodating. TV and amenities were thoughtful and great quality.

Unfortunately the jets in the bath didn't work. Hot water issues (which were largely our fault for overuse) Missed having good exhaust fans in bathrooms and toilets.

Very comfortable, easy communication, warm sunny unit, comfortable beds, unit well appointed.

Clean and tidy close to town and pools.

Heaters in bathrooms did not work and in studio plugs for bedside lights also did not work. Was told about heaters And guess they did not know about plugs in studio.

well equipped kitchen, lots of space, good location,

heated towel rail in main bathroom didnt work, bathroom fan didnt work in main bathroom. not sure that dishwasher was working 100% either. Didnt detract from our stay but maybe working getting them looked at.

Sunny warm apartment with great view out towards the hills. Comfy beds and good facilities. Easy walk into town with pubs and restaurant. Ample parking

Wifi instructions in house manual completely wrong, a time wasting annoyance.

Wifi wouldn't work as the connection wasn't online. Teens were gutted they had to use their data :-{
