INThe owner was very polite and helpful, we went there only deciding the places to visit, without any arrangements. Overwhelmed on how to make arrangements, but he booked us a cab and guided us for return tickets. The stay was super comfortable and clean, def worth the money spent. The place is 1 km from the Kalpetta bus stand and can reach within 2 mins and incurs around 30 Rs. For both couples and families the place is well recommended.
