The villa and garden are nice. Also the pool is nice with clean water.

We came late in the night and someona forgot to put the key in key box, so it was quite unpleasant to solve this trouble after traveling. The property manager was unavailable, we had to solve it with emergency call to London. The emergency call was handeled by an English gentleman who helped to resolve the situation. 2 nights before departure we were robbed, the villa is not sufficiently secured. The safe is not attached to the wall, so all our cash was robbed together with safe. We requested alternative accommodation as we did not feel safe in the villa - one door was broken. Unfortunately we were not given alternative accommodation. The villa next us was also completely robbed - people had stolen all their passports, jewelry and electronics. We were just 3 girls in the property, so the last 2 days/nights in villa were quite stressful experience. We asked for some compensation, because 500 euros were stolen from us - because of the not fixed safe to the wall, which was completaly taken away. We also have confirmation from the police. The accommodation offered us a 10% discount on the next stay as compensation...
