There was a noticeable absence of staff or available assistance. The lack of air-conditioning units resulted in uncomfortably warm room temperatures. The elevators were consistently slow, crowded, and poorly ventilated, leading to an unsatisfactory experience. Unpleasant odors were frequently detected in the stairwells. Covered parking was not provided. The security boom gate password system was frequently inoperable.
ZAPlace was clean and nicely ordered.
There was no windows by the bed area, only a sliding door to open for airflow. Windows are better as it is more secure opening them compared to a door. No washing machine which is useful for any length of stay. Shower didn't work proper and needs fixing. Water was coming in cold then hot then cold when opening and adjusting the shower tap.
