Мы жили группой из 7 человек в составе 3х семей. И это было идеально. У кажной семьи был свой номер с туалетом-ванной достаточно большой и была общая большая кухня-зал, где мы обычно собирались. Номера теплые (Новый Год) Хозяин не навязчивый, но выполнял все наши прихоти. Он сказал "сообщите если нужна будет уборка" - мы назначили день, ушли гулять- пришли - все чисто. Все места, где можно хорошо погулять и достопримечательности - все было близко. Рестораны и кафе рекомендованные хозяином были хороши - нам очень понравилась грузинская кухня. Обменников очень много - комиссию никто не брал. Меняют практически все что можно рубли доллары евро и тд и тд. Кто любит ТВ очень очень много каналов на разных языках.

Everything. Victor is the nicest host, always keeps in touch about anything and everything you would need. If you face any problem, he's always there to help you out to the best of his capacities, and that also includes getting to his hotel from the airport and going back to the airport from his hotel. Apart from that, the hotel itself is very neat, secured, well maintained with every possible amenity covered. The kitchen is very well equipped in case you would need to cook yourself a meal, and the bathrooms and rooms, well furnished. I know where to book my stay the next time I'm in Tbilisi.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Tbilisi! From the moment we arrived, the owner Victor was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Every small detail was taken care of, which made our stay very comfortable and stress-free. The hotel itself is spotless and beautifully maintained, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it very easy to explore Tbilisi’s main attractions, restaurants, and cafes. We truly appreciated the owner’s attentiveness and the overall warm hospitality. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi. We would definitely stay here again!

Victor was a very nice and helpful person. He always kept in touch with us and helped us. Our room and bathroom were very useful. Kitchen was nice. The hotel was very close to the center I recommend it to everyone.
