Nikiti Sunset Viewpoint

I’ve just paid and got a phone call that I can’t stay at the property. I was told to send my account and the amount will be returned. So far I haven’t received anything yet.

The outside space and views from the house are the highlight. Water pressure is very good and the kitchen (including oven) is new and works very well if you wish to cook something at home.

AC is only available in the living room so sometimes the bedroom can get a little too hot.However it's fine if you keep it on for long enough.

It was amazing, clean, comfortable. I will definitely come back again. The hosts are really nice! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We had a lovely weekend in this vacation home. The hostess was there to hand us the key and show us around the house. Some notes: - spacious apartment with living room, kitchen, dining room, W/C and 2 bedrooms, clean and nicely furnished. A large enclosed yard (solely for us) with a lovely view of Nikiti below and the sea in the distance. - very kind hostess, helpful without being intrusive - well-equipped kitchen, with a Vertuo espresso maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc.. - large fridge with complimentary goodies left by the hostess - away from the buzz of Nikiti

- location is a bit far and the road is rather steep. You definitely need a car and parking is not guaranteed to be nearby during high season. - we were unlucky to have some very noisy neighbors, talking aloud until after 2AM and somebody was making renovations early next morning (6:30AM) so we didn't catch much sleep during the 1st night. We closed the windows and used the A/C during the 2nd night and it was OK. Generally though, there are other apartments above and below and other houses very close together, so, despite the fact that this is a remote area, noise from the neighbors can be an issue esp. if you're a light sleeper.

the apartment is spacious, perfect for families

I am very sorry to say this, but unfortunately I waited 3 days in which the apartment was not cleaned. after 3 days I talked to the owner to ask why the cleaning was not done and the towels were not changed and it was only on the 3rd day in the evening that my apartment was cleaned. the owner told me that the apartment is cleaned only once every 2 days, which is not written in the description of the villa. however, the apartment was cleaned only on the evening of the 3rd day at my request. probably if I didn't say anything, the apartment wouldn't be cleaned at all while I was there.very disappointed by this. I would also like to mention that the location is quite difficult to access because the road is very narrow and very steep. honestly, if I had known how bad the road is, I would have chosen another accommodation. I want to specify that the description does not mention that the terrace is only for you to use, but is also used by the owner. for example, you want private time with your family and you wake up when the owner comes to use the washing machine that is inside a room with entrance from the terrace.

If proximity to the sea is not important to you, this accommodation is highly recommended. Huge space with a large living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms. The best part of the accommodation is the beautiful terrace with a magical view of the sea where you can enjoy the view. We were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of the hosts and the fact that when we arrived from the road, we were greeted with basic groceries (bread, water, ham, cheese, juice for children, coffee,..) in the refrigerator to have until we go to the shops. a quiet place where you can really relax

I can not say I didn't like but I would like the bathroom to be bigger and that there is a parking space, but there is a place to park along the street

Everything was clean and nice. Looks like in the pictures. The host was great and even left us little food and water in the fridge. And the view from the balcony was amazing!
