Christos Katerina House

We arrived from Ikaria to Samos, Pythagorion with ferry. Short walking distance to the apartment. Dimitri met up and showed the apartment which has very god standard and a quiet location, though on main street. We had A/C both in bedroom and livingroom, so during night bedroom was switched off but still cool. Dimitri supplied som fresch fruit et c in the fridge. All was super and we had breakfast on the balcony. Supermarket and bakery + car rental next door.

All was good the apartment was as good as new.

The host was very friendly. We arrived very early in the morning and we got an early check in. In the appartement the host left us a bottle of wine, coffee cups and several fruits. The appartment has a nice balcony. In the kitchin you can find everything if you want to make your own dinner. The AC works perfect. Restaurant are nearby. I would come back.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Everything! We spent 1 week at the Christos Katerina House in the beginning of June. We wanted to be close to the pulse of Pythagoreio and with just a couple of steps you have everything you need. The apartment is fully equipped with a nice kitchen, smart TV and AC. We really loved spending the evenings on the balcony after exploring the island. Our host Dmitris felt like a close friend always ready to recommend local tips when it came to restaurants, beaches or places to visit. We really fell in love in Samos during our stay here!

Can be some noise from the planes during daytime but nothing we found disturbing.

Perfect location, super clean accommodation, fresh and new decor, all you need for a relaxing holiday.

In the very center of the city, this apartment is clean, comfortable, spacious with many facilities like a proper home. The wifi works well and fast, the bathroom is clean and spacious, the beds are large and comfy, the AC is powerful yet very silent, the balcony, the kitchen, living room… we were 2 couples, we stayed very comfortably. And last, our host, the owner Mr. Dimitris is a true gentleman, very welcoming and always helpful, we experienced a memorable stay at his apartment.

Nothing to complain, PERFECT STAY.

Location is perfect and very close to everything in Pythagoreio; all restaurants are walking distance and the port is within walking distance; airport is less than 10 minutes. The host was amazing and would bring us treats like sweets or wine! Loved this place and highly recommend to anyone who visits Samos! I would return here! Thank you Mr Dimitri for an amazing stay our first time in Samos!!!

We rented both houses with two families. Everything about the houses were amazing. They were cozy, clean, big and really beautiful. The location is just in the center you can walk to the port in 2 minutes. And the most important our host Dimitris was really great, kind and welcoming. We will recommend this house to everybody.

I cannot think of anything negative about this house.
