Spacious apartment. All facilities needed. Quiet during night.

When approaching the accommodation there is lots of pigeon poop. Although all facilities are present the bathroom is very small. In the bathroom are mold stains present on the wall. They weren’t hidden but clearly visible. This meant the decision was made not to clean them beforehand and just waited until someone wasn’t willing to accept this. I didn’t accept this and contacted the owner. Quickly action was taking to clean this, so although that is good it obviously should have been done beforehand. I simply do not understand why you should only do it after someone complained. Mold is a health hazard. Rust on the flooring was also present because there was an iron table in the shower (?) I also have clear video close ups but booking doesn’t let you upload those

Die Unterkunft war modern und gut ausgestattet, alles war sauber, Kaffepads und Tee wurden abgeboten,die Betten waren bequem. Auch die Lage war gut, kurze Wege zu Busbahnhof oder Valletta Innenbereich.

Sehr übel war der nächtliche Lärm durch die tägliche Müllentsorgung!

Location was generally quiet and apartment clean and quite well equipped.

In Maisonette where green bin outside our bedroom was emptied every morning at 4am down a set of steps. No windows only shutters so noise wasn’t muted. Pigeon loft nearby and pigeons roosting on adjacent building so had to walk through pigeon mess if we left through our doors. Would have been useful to have some smaller cereal bowls and perhaps a washing up bowl and tea towels.

Fabulous location with excellent amenities. You could not find a better apartment for your stay in Valletta. Their restaurant and wine bar were fabulous also and only a short walk along the street. The ferry is a 5 minute walk downhill! Catch the buggy back up to the main square. Highly recommend this fabulous apartment.

Exzellente Ausstattung, perfekte Lage (zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig), äußerst sauber, Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe, nur 10 min zum zentralen Busbahnhof
