Rooftop apartment Split

Appartement très bien situé prés de la porte de la ville ville et du marché. Le logement est conforme aux photos. Il est calme et confortable et bénéficie d'une jolie vue depuis la terrasse. Excellente réactivité de la personne référente.

L'annonce ne précise pas qu'il faut monter 10 marches sans rampe de l'entrée de l'immeuble jusqu'au premier palier pour rejoindre l’ascenseur qui nous amène au cinquième étage. Cela a été fastidieux pour mon conjoint qui marche avec difficulté. L'absence de store ou de parasol sur la jolie terrasse rend difficile son utilisation en journée en plein soleil. Nous n'avons pu y prendre que les petits déjeuners.

Lovely modern apartment with fabulous roof top terrace and balcony. Very well equipped including hairdryer and washing machine. Excellent location just over the road from the green market.

No awning on roof terrace as shown on photos but other balcony to use so not a big problem

The location was central so we could enjoy walking everywhere and we loved the view and sense of space from the rooftop balcony. We had all the facilities we needed and the shops nearby were very useful.

Some shade on the balcony was needed to be able to use it during the day and prevent too much sun heating up the apartment, we understand that this is being installed.

5th floor apartment with the lift not working, there were 110 steps bottom to top.

The apartment is so clean, modern, and the location is perfect. Very safe and secure. Comfortable bed, and if you feel lazy to watch tv then, the sofa becomes a bed too 😴 I arrived a day late due to an airline issue and the hostel was so understanding. I recommend this apartment due to all the above.
