Apartament in Timisoara

The location is fine, it is in the quiet neighborhood, in the building there is market. Also near is a very big and famous mall ( Iulius mall ) - 10 minutes walk. All rooms are big and comfortable. Free parking. Towels, iron, hairdryer. Kitchen is very big and good equipped. The host is very friendly and willing to help with everything.

The building is very old and the apartment is on the top floor without elevator so if you have a lot of leggings or little kids it is important to know that. There's some bad smell inside the all building and it is felt also in the kitchen of the apartment. The floor wasn't very clean, especially in the kitchen it was sticky. Couch in the living room is very old and uncomfortable, since it is predicted for sleeping it should be changed.

Close to center, free parking.

No elevator, hard with 2 kids and stroler. Window curtains had some big stains. It had an unusual smell for me, maybe a dog sat there.

Nice, spacious apartment, with modern furniture, pretty clean. The bed was big and comfortable and the temperature was okay even without turning on the AC. The host was very friendly and helpful.

- 5th floor, no elevator - all water sources in the bathroom had a 30 seconds delay. Pretty annoying to turn on the faucet and wait for the water to come. At first we thought there was no running water but alas, we just had to wait - there was a funky smell in the house which we couldn't locate. Maybe a bad potpourri, maybe some hidden smelly socks. We opened the windows and it was bearable but we were only there for the night.

Very nice and comfortable apartment. Very helpful host.

It was a nightmare, worst experience in many years of using booking.com in many different countries. When we entered the apt first thing we noticed there was an overwhelming smell of something rather not pleasant but we decided we would open the windows to let some fresh air in and went for a walk for a few hours ( it didn't help). There is some major problem with water. like it's 21st century outside, one can definitely expect to have running water in the apartment in a city, right? Previous reviews mentioned low pressure, but there was no water whatsoever, not a drop. When I asked the host he advised we should keep the tap on for longer, just forgot to mention it takes actual 5 minutes(no exageration, I used the timer on purpose) from the moment you open the tap and the time any water starts running, so you have to plan all washing (hands, dishes, shower) well in advance and remember to open the tap beforehand. Ironically, all the apartment was very dirty. The floors were sticky, all the surfaces, cabinets, handles, mirrors were greasy and sticky, there was dust, cobwebs, dead insects everywhere. I was surprised to find the place with such good reviews in such bad condition, but after I mentioned it to the host he had the audacity to ask me not to leave a negative review.

Good location. Parking available. That’s about it.

impossible to stay. I left after one hour and booked a hotel. noisy neighbours. extremely hot, the old A/C was like inexistent. The worst bit: extremely dirty, dust everywhere, and half of the furniture in the photos wasn’t there.

The place was very clean and the host very helpful and prompt with all our requests.
