Luxe Adriatic Apartment

Location is good.

1. Sleeping Bed which was not cosy we couldn't sleep welll every night. Owner should change the good matress and topper. 2. Very tiny wash basin in the toilet.

Spacious apartment with modern facilities.

The floorboards have been damaged and cracked in the space before you reach the bed. This has been covered by a rug. The hot water tank takes over an hour to start working so make sure you turn the switch on well in advance of showering. We did not which caused dismay after a long day of being in the sunshine.

I had limited contact with the owner, as the place was so well set up I didn’t need it. When we did have contact the response was prompt. The location is private in a court yard. Short walk to the cites. Highly recommend Message to the owner. Better to the remote are going flat. And thank you great stay

Modern, clean, comfortable apartment. So good to have a kitchenette, make little snacks instead of eating out every meal. Complimentary chocolates and champagne was a nice touch. Airconditioning was a godsend!!!

Handles on shower screen fell off, need a little repair.

We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation was exceptionally clean and modern, with much-appreciated air conditioning. Perfect location – close to everything but still quiet. The welcome pack with wine and chocolate was a lovely touch.. Marko was a superb host, very helpful, and always available. The flexible check-in was a huge plus for our late arrival. We would absolutely recommend this property.

The apartment was nice enough and had all the facilities you need if you simply need somewhere to stay for the night. Great location for a great price.

Very little insulation meant it was noisy. A lot of light also got through the window and door so I had to cover with a blanket during my stay. Bed was also quite uncomfortable.

We had a beautiful experience here at the Luxe Adriatic Apartment! First of all, the apartment was very close to the central promenade, the waterfront, the city centre. Disclaimer: it was our honeymoon trip, so the host had prepared something out of the ordinary for us, we're super grateful for that. When we opened the door, there was romantic music playing on the TV (by the way, the TV screen is huge), and we were welcomed by a greeting card, a bottle of red wine and a box of chocolates + other small details to make us feel special. The apartment was very clean, neat, and beautiful - we can't think of anything that we didn't like. We very much enjoyed our stay and felt at home. 100% would recommend this place and the biggest thank you to the host for the amazing welcome :)
