Ottima posizione, fuori dal caos del centro, ma vicino a tutto. Viale Ceccarini è raggiungibile in circa 20 minuti a piedi, la stazione in circa 15 minuti, quindi facilmente raggiungibile anche in treno. Distanza dalla spiaggia 5 minuti circa. Gentilezza e disponibilità degli impiegati alla reception. La possibilità del deposito bagagli e l'utilizzo del bagno il giorno della partenza, dopo il check out. Portiere notturno sempre presente.
