There is no air conditioning in the common room and it is very hot all day long. If at such times you plan to use the kitchen and cook, the temperature rises even more and staying in this room becomes torturous and unbearable. The internet connection is problematic. If you need to work during your vacation, hold online meetings, etc., then this would be a problem and you will not be able to rely on wifi in the house. We were forced to remove the card from the router, restart it repeatedly, unplug the cable from the outlet and plug it in again. Nothing helped. The terrace is narrow and could hardly fit 3 people on it. It faces east and is unusable in the morning as there are no awnings and it is lit by the sun.
