Highly Comfortable Home

My second stay- Tayo and his team are Attentive, polite and respond immediately to messages. Ideal location for my business trip. The room was clean, warm and the bed was very comfortable I had an amazing night's sleep. 10/10 again!

Everything was amazing but it would be nice to have a tv in the room

Very close to the Uni and shopping, fast WiFi and spacious. Smells good as well. The room was en-suite, bathroom was sizeable but wash hand basin drain was stuck and unusable. Needs fixing.

Communication was poor initially but improved greatly after Chris the hotel manager came around. There was no clear instructions to access booked rooms upon arrival and departure.

Chris is a great host and a Very nice person. The place was quite close to De Hav campus and the town centre of Hatfield. It's a quiet and neat property with pretty much all the facilities you would require for a comfortable stay.

I think the mattress should be replaced with a new one as the one we had was quite old. Apart from that everything was superb.

The facility is very neat both inside out, very easy to locate and also affordable. The staff was welcoming. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay there ,it really wanted the value. The environment is so beautiful, very neat and no nose from outside. The room and the convenience are so clean with a good smell. There is a place to iron and a well equipped kitchen to prepare and to keep food.
