I had the worst experience with this property. I booked my stay nearly two months before my trip. On the morning of my trip, I received an email stating that my booking details had been updated and the date had changed. I reached out to the host almost immediately, and he said I shouldn't worry about it. Upon arriving at the property, I was told that the price of the available rooms was almost twice what I had initially booked. It was already around 11 pm. I tried negotiating even though what I was being told was entirely different from my booking, and I just wanted to rest after my long trip, but the manager didn't budge, and I had to go look for somewhere else to stay that night. Imagine this being my first time in Kigali. This was a terrible first impression, and I will not recommend this property to anyone. Btw, the manager didn't feel the need to offer any apologies
