There is a shared kitchen and unfortunately the other guests sharing this weren't very friendly to us. This is the only potential issue when sharing facilities.
GBGBIt was perfectly located for our visit to Kinderdijk and the room was nice and spacious.
It was very awkward that the toilet (though behind a wall to separate it from the rest of the room) was not completely sealed off. The beds were very soft - too soft for us but that is personal preference.
