Very nice, renovated recently apartment. 15 minutes walking to the Piazza Duomo. Very responsive and helpful host, also reserved a parking close by. We definately recommend the place.

Perfect place, close to the airport and yet to the city center. The host is lovely and super kind, everything was as promissed and above. Facilities are of high quality, super clean.

Excellent setup. Host was very responsive. The place is very clean and very central. We parked our car on the same street not far from the apartment without fee.

The property was recently fully renovated it seems so everything was in very good order and clean. The washing machine was really handy as the weather was pretty hot and we did lots of walking........ A few minutes walk from grocery, supermarket and other shops near Piazza del Risorgimento. At the other end of the street there is Piazza Duomo (about 25 minutes walk), before reaching the piazza there is the Teatro Antico (Odeon) next to Vincenzo Bellini museum. Just behind the property a few minutes away is Porta Garibaldi. Had my 1st BBQ horse steak roll at the butcher shop in Piazza del Risorgimento, delicious!

Not directly related to the property itself but more to do with the management of the city by the council, the property is located in real Catania where real Catanese live so it is not a tourist spick and span spot like you would find in other places near the tourists centres. There are several buses servicing the area but I couldn't make much sense of timetables at first but got used later on. Taxi service is really good and fast but you have to get used on how to do the booking, make sure that you wait until you get a taxi number before hanging up or you will lose the booking.
