Nada. Está muy viejo todo, sucias las sábanas, la habitación tenía olor a viejo, las toallas no olían a limpio, almohadas sucias, el desayuno muy pobre. Demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen.

Muy sucio (ropa de cama y toallas) y viejo todo. Desayuno mal. Se escucha absolutamente todo lo de la habitación de al lado y el pasillo. La llave de mi habitación no funcionaba. Además me hicieron tomar un transporte a una hora que no había programado. Demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen.

Reception was polite and kind. The rooftop has great views of the volcanoes.

Much could be improved by simply having a sign with the hostel name out front. It's very hard to know when you're in the right place. The bathroom for the shared room with pods doesn't have a locking door and the tub feels like you might fall through. I struggled quite a bit with my pod key to make a good enough connection in order to keep the fan going. The worst part was that I was charged over 500Q for accommodation that should have been in the 100Q range. Finally, the location is quite far from the center of town, so it's necessary to walk a lot. Breakfast was served too late for my departure time, so I can't comment on that.

Het was erg gehorig dus we konden prima meegenieten van personeel dat om 0500 am begon met werken.

Pancake for breakfast

We stored our baggages in their baggage storage and they lost one of it. They arranged a driver from La aurora airport and he was late by more than an hour, therefore we stucked in the traffic jam. The personnel do not care about the guests and their belongings at all. I waited 10 minutes to speak with the receptionist because she was talking with her family. I saw the recording how they were throwing around the luggage and basically anyone can any bag as they don’t check the name sticker.

El desayuno que ofrecen no tiene proteínas y es lo mismo todos los días, las habitaciones no tiene tv y no son insonorizadas por lo que se escucha el ruido constante de las personas, está lejos del parque principal aproximadamente a 1km

Excelente atención

La cocina muy bien equipada, el personal de administración atentos, limpieza buena, el precio muy bueno en fin volvería a ir. Saludos de Costa Rica

Hostel bem confortável e lindo. É uma caminhada do centro mas nada muito longe. Vale a pena o custo-benefício.

The place is in a quiet neighborhood of the city, which was nice. It is a little bit of a walk (10-15min) to the center but worth it. Rooftop is nice for a slow morning and the view is great. Lots of small shops and stuff around.

We have washed our clothes at this place multiple times, all good on that end, yet every time the price quoted for the same amount was different and absolutely high. Our only benefit was that the first person said a normal/low price and we got the first load for this price. This enabled negotiations with the other staff, which saw the price and had to use it again. Be aware that they just come up with prices as they go. Breakfast is not the most amazing, but worse was that the person preparing ih was incredibly loud and the place is so open that you can hear everything like someone is prepping it in your room. Bathroom was clean, yet the shower is cold/luke warm due to the Guatemalan style water heater where the only warm water is when it drips on you and you barely can wash yourself. The bathroom wall also has a decorative hole, to the corridor, so if you shower, people could watch you if they wanted.
