Lighthouse Nadia Aparts

Swimming pool in front of the apartment is just perfect for children. Apartment is 10min.walking from the beach, 8min.walking from supermarket Migros. Everything clean. Informations about the keys, apartment, surrounding etc. from Emre (before coming) are very complete (really very well prepared).

The lower down 1 bedroom apartment was very spacious. We had more than enough room

Blinds in the bedroom could of been better we held them shut with a broom and hoover

Great pools, nice, cool apartments. We hardly needed the aircon. Everything is there you might need, and everything works as it should. Emre is extremely efficient and attentive.

Unfortunately there is a bit of a mould problem going on, slight smell. The place has a business vibe - the flats are built to make money, not to last - functional but impersonal. If you want to cook, you will have to buy everything from scratch - even salt and pepper. And if you’re unlucky enough to have noisy people in the flat above, you’re in for a rough ride!

The apartment was clean, good arrangement, easy access. The swimming pool was good sized and clean. The beds were comfy, too. Good communication

The WiFi didn’t work.

- The host was very friendly and welcoming. Prior to our arrival, he sent a message providing lots of advice and contact details for local services (takeaways, restaurants, taxi etc.). He was very quick to respond to queries during our stay. - The internet was very fast. - The air conditioners were effective and quiet. - There were adult and children's scommunal swimming pools, although we didn't use them. - A dishwasher capsule was provided for the stay, - The flat was very private and quiet. - It was situated on the ground floor, making it easier and quicker to access. - There was lots of variety of television channels in international languages. - It was within 15 minutes' walking distance to the shops, a small market and a water park.

- The bathroom was a little dated and did not look clean and modern. It requires refurbishment. - Every day, there were lots of ants in the bathroom, particularly over the wash basin. - The shower drain was slow in draining. - The mattress protector and bed sheets were short and kept coming off to reveal the mattress underneath while we were asleep. - The cleaners had not cleaned thoroughly between guests. I found a dirty old slipper underneath the sofa and a dirty item of clothing underneath the mattress. - I could not find any dish washing liquid in the flat, which would have been helpful.

Very good location, nice pool, very quiet area, close to the shop and beach, the apartment is very clean and occupied with all you need. The staff was very helpful . Highly recommend, Definitely will be back to light house insha'Allah.

Emre the manager was extremely attentive and responsive. I appreciated this a lot. That, and the many beds/ rooms were the best features of this place.

The pictures on Booking showed that the apartment had a full sized fridge, but that was not true. There’s a small mini fridge only so we couldn’t grocery shop as we would have for a family of 5 and had to run to the grocer store daily for breakfasting / snacking ingredients only as the mini fridge was not large enough to hold meal making ingredients. Also supplies are minimal. They provided no dish soap, no laundry detergent. There was one knife. No pan, but a large pot. No dish/kitchen towels. Our stay was too short at only 5 nights to buy these supplies so we made do without as we couldn’t carry these supplies when leaving so this under supplying us was inconvenient. The “international” channels on satellite/ cable were all Arabic. Nothing in English that we could find, so kids couldn’t watch TV. If it were not for these shortcomings I would have given a 9 star rating rather than 6.
