В целом квартира просторная и есть весь необходимый инвентарь. Чисто.

Расположение слишком далеко от центра, метро и остановок. Был сломан замок в туалет и когда отдыхаешь с друзьями не очень комфортно каждый раз следить кто зашел/вышел. Апартаменты устроены по принцыпу open space.и если размещается не семья, это не очень комфортно. По сути только у одной спальни есть дверь. Также в фотлграфиях в перемешку 3 апартамента, потому например если вы ожидаете веранду, как на фото, она только у одних апартаментов. Также слишком тонкие стены, вечеринок никто не устраивал, но звук нашего телевизора и общения помешал соседу в 23.30.

Le sérieux et l efficacité du personnel. Nous avons eu des soucis de chauffage et qui ont été résolus avec sérieux. Nos diverses demandes ont été satisfaites. Très bonne communication y compris le dimanche

Unfortunately, our experience at this property was far from satisfactory. I do not believe the issues described below will come as a surprise, as it seems clear that the management is already aware of the general condition of the apartment, yet no meaningful steps appear to have been taken to address them. While the property is located on a main street—which naturally may affect light sleepers—the far more concerning aspect is the lack of soundproofing. The walls between the apartments are extremely thin, allowing even normal activities from neighboring units to be heard clearly. The most troubling concern, however, was the presence of cockroaches throughout the apartment. Despite our efforts to remove them, more continued to appear, creating a very unpleasant and unsettling experience. We reported the situation immediately and, although someone contacted us to acknowledge our concerns, no effective measures were taken to resolve the issue. Another discomfort was the persistent, heavy odor throughout the apartment. In the bathroom, the smell became even more noticeable and uncomfortable when the door remained closed. Additionally, the apartment showed insufficient maintenance and several signs of moisture damage. The carpets were also in need of a thorough cleaning, and both the bathroom ventilation system and the air conditioning unit required urgent cleaning. With proper maintenance, improved hygiene, and a commitment to addressing these long-standing issues, the guest experience could be dramatically improved

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und genau wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage und die gemütliche Atmosphäre im Apartment. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, sodass man problemlos selbst kochen konnte. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und die Gastgeber waren freundlich und gut erreichbar.

Просторно, спальных мест достаточно, есть стиральная машинка, полноценная кухня, удобно дойти до магазинов, аптек, кафе. Интернет хороший.

В подъезде пахнет сыростью, но в самой квартире нормально.

Location was cute and quiet. Travelling into the main parts of Lisbon was very easy and cheap with Uber.

Bedrooms upstairs could have a little more privacy, it's more of an open space rather than a bedroom.

La réactivité des hôtes suite à un problème dans l'appart. Une solution alternative l'a toute de suite été proposée et le problème résolu pour les prochains hôtes avant que je pars. Service impeccable.
