Location! Bathroom big!

The Smell... Not bad Smell but like an "old" smell which my husband is a bit sensitive.

The apartment is situated in the perfect location for visiting Bologna. Very secure place, Kitchen with all the utilities, comfortable beds, excellent shower! Supermarket and bus stop were very close by. Within walking distance to all attractions and main train station.

We found it difficult to adjust to the noise of the street at night.

We had to pay 20€ more in order to get the keys after 20:00. This amount gets higher (40€) if you get the keys after 22:00. It could have a locker with a pin where we could get the keys for free, just like any apartment with keys and no reception.

Our experience was positive overall for the given price. The apartment's central location made it convenient to access a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and the market. Despite its central position, the street was relatively quiet, offering a peaceful environment. The presence of an elevator in the building was convenient, and the bathroom was notably spacious. Overall, it provided a comfortable stay with convenient amenities.

We encountered quite a bit of moisture in the apartment especially during night time.

Good location. The studio is just like in the pictures. Federico who greeted us was very nice and helpful.

Mold on the wall and its smell.

It was advertised as two bedrooms this was misleading, no air conditioning only fans, not particularly comfortable.

Great location! great sandwich shop downstairs. Easy access to public transport.

There was no local guide book to show what to do in there area? Taxi information need to be add. The cost of transport will be helpful (Plus Information). Don't like the rubbish system information was not very clear. The rubbish card for the bin should be provide for the stay.
