Kabeljauws Beach Estate

Great cozy stay. Good location in a calm neighborhood. I traveled for work, and this was very convenient for me. 5 Min drive from shops and restaurants. There is a shop and restaurant just outside of the estate too if you don't want to travel into town.

I would have liked more towels (personal preference)

It is a new property in a quiet and private place close to the beach.🏖️ A little bit of sea view is visible. Loved the Smart TV with YouTube etc available. The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated.

Liked everything about it.

Likes - location, facilities, washing machine, clean and tidy. Access to the beach. It was great having Pili Pili restaurant and OK Express right there. Dislikes - possibly the worst check in ever. Check in information outdated, remote didn't work to get into the security complex. no number or name for the apartment so we didn't know where we were meant to be. Wi fi - we were provided with a password but no router details. A local information brochure would have been useful. Tap for shower broken.What a pity considering the positives of the apartment . The check in process left a bad taste in our mouth.

Very private and well located 1st floor unit. You have accessto a balcony with large sliding doors overlooking beautiful city view and part ocean view. There is a private gate which you can lock before entering the unit, allowing you to leave your front door open. Very homely atmosphere and well equipped for any situation. Just a short beach stroll away from the kabeljauws lagoon. There also is a great little OK shop just outside the estate wich stocks all essentials and more, meaninig you don't even have to drive into town as everything you need is walking distance.

The location of the property is exceptional - a barefoot stroll to the beach! The apartment has a lovely balcony and braai with views of the ocean, and is fitted with quality appliances.

The apartment lacks many essential kitchen utensils (oven glove, electrical plug adaptor, cleaning cloths, etc) and tools for braaing (a rake for coles and grid brush). The pans are rusted and the cutlery were not clean. I still don't know how to just warm up food in that complex microwave...
