"Worst experience"

Only room size

Worst experience in my life. Today also hot water not available in room (Hotel staff hot water provided from outdoor) Staff is chip mentality.  Mobile charger misplaced.  After complaining hotel is arranging complementary breakfast for our family to give good reviews. Which is illegal. I request to booking.com please black list this hotel. I will make sure no other family will suffer from this incident. After all incidents I have paid full payment and I need compensation for the same.

Everything was great at this hotel..amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Aurangabad
