Nothing.

The staff at the reception wasn't cooperative and willing to help when asked to change bedsheets. The existing bedsheets in two rooms that he showed had hairs of pre-stayed guests. To that he replied that it is how they are washed in laundry. No water bottle provided in the room. The bathroom fittings weren't working properly

Its waste of money.. Its very dirty.. Washroom are not good.. They dont have geyser in working condition.. In whole hotel there is ciggarette smell.. Dont stay there.. at this cost you can find good option..

"worst possible stay, with lots of fake promises"

booking.com should be careful before promoting any hotel. hotel was in worst possible condition, lots of smell, only bachelor boys were hoarding the place with lots of smoke in corridors. lift was broken, bathroom platform was broken with leaky taps. and on top of that on asking for cleaning staff, receptions reply was no cleaning is possible as no staff was available

the hotel is in booking preferred partner programme but if this kind of shady hotel is being promoted at booking then my word of advise to refrain choosing hotel from booking.com
