Rhino Watch Safarilodge

Our confirmed and paid for booking was cancelled by the lodge with less than 24 hours notice - we were already in Kenya. They offered us unsuitable alternatives, so we asked for a refund, but the lodge did not respond at all and I had to sort it out after we had returned to the UK. A confirmed and paid for booking should not be able to be cancelled like that.

- Best breakfast offering of our entire Kenya trip. Cereal options with milk + yoghurt, bread and cold cuts + jam, pancakes, waffles, eggs, fruit. Really delicious - Spacious bathroom - Big beds. Kids loved the bunk beds - Turn down service with hot water bottles - Beautiful view and pool area

- Service and food varied a lot depending on who was around - The mattress of the double bed was super hard and uncomfortable

Great food, friendly staff, lovely chilled music! Very close to Solio Game Reserve.

Road and dogs barking noise - suggest proving early plugs for guests. Mattresses are getting a bit tired, maybe worth changing them soon?

The property was clean and staff if friendly.

The noice from the dog’s barking the whole night is unbearable if you value sleep.

Lief personeel, denkt aan alles (tijdens koude avond warme kruiken in bed). Mooi huisje en prima restaurants. Iemand uit ons gezelschap was jarig, om dat te vieren hebben ze de kamer versierd en taart gemaakt.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, schöne Gartenanlage, zum Pool geht es etwas den Berg hinauf, die Lage und Aussicht ist allerdings einmalig mit Restaurant , wir haben in einem Familyzelt übernachtet, was sehr geräumig und sauber und schön eingerichtet war, bequeme Betten, abends werden Wärmflasche ins Bett gelegt, was sehr schön zu der Jahreszeit ist, gemütliches Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen, schöne Bushbar mit Kamin und gut ausgestatteter Bar, super freundliches Personal von der Rezeption bis zum Security, wir hatten ein lost baggage auf dem Flug und sie haben uns super mit dem Nachsenden geholfen, top Empfehlung
