GBThey allowed us to modify our booking date due to illness even though it was non refundable, great customer service from their side. Staff helpful with washing and other requests. Room had a TV with netflix on which was a nice comfort after travelling in a lot of hostels.
Nothing about the property. Noisy rooster outside our room but this cannot be helped by the property at all, you find this all across Lombok.

MYRoom clean and well maintained. Conveniently located in Senaru, near waterfall entrance, and shops/restaurant. A good choice to get a good night sleep before Rinjani trekking.
