Excellent very central location, lots of food places close by, good buses in the area. Beach was close by. Secure and modern apartment with a very large bedroom, well stocked with cleaning products, tea coffe etc..very obliging and friendly host.

The bed in the main bedroom was very poor quality, when we complained , the owner turned it it over. When we complained again he said use the smaller room, this was very noisy and had no black out shutters . There was mould in the living area and the bath area and the tumble dryer vent meant an open window for showering if you used a tumble dryer. Not sure why and despite taking it up with host and booking.com paid £70 extra. The balcony was tiny compared to the catfish photo. Not a 5 minute walk to beach , no lift to the apartment (we had a person with walking difficulty)

Shmulik is a great and gracious host, always responsive, and helpful, provided early check in and late check out, and assisted with parking (which in TLV is gold). The apartment has everything you need and is conveniently located.

Can be somewhat noisy at times due to its central location.

Great apartment in one of the best areas in Tel-Aviv. Clean and cozy, it has everything you need for a long stay: from fully equipped kitchen to the hairdryer and the iron. The apartment is really big, the four of us were more than comfortable. Two separate bathrooms were really appreciated. The host Shmulik is super nice, he was very helpful and hospitable.

Really big and spacious, good location, clean, great coffee place in front of the building.

The location was fantastic. Easy to walk to everything-the beach, tons of dining options, grocery stores, etc

It would have been nice for our family to have another bed for our third child. He slept on the couch and sheets and duvet were provided. He quite enjoyed it, but it may have been better for the family to have a third bedroom. It was a lovely space overall.

The attention is great! I came with my baby and I could even come before and leave late. good experience!

I loved everything about the property, I loved how it was designed and very clean . also people in the building were very kind . and the owner was very nice and helpful.

Very nice location(the street was a bit crowded but for us it was not an issue) you have shops, restaurants, bus stop in 3 minutes, also the beach is less than 10 minutes walk. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need(towels, shower gel, kitchen equipment, Netflix, etc). The owner was very kind and helpful, in general we had a nice stay

The bathroom is small / inconvenient as you cannot easily use the shower and the toilet in the same time - well, I know this is not something you would normally do, however with small kids this can be an issue :)
