Staff are friendly and rooms are top notch . Highly recommend this hotel. Access to airport and nearby attractive locations.

Basic amenities were not working, like toilet flush, hot water. When I called and escalated they changed the room. No daily room cleaning service, you have to ask at least 3-4 times to get anything done. Rooms are tiny and bed is not comfortable. There was not event like water and glass kept in room. They had me pay on checkin for entire trip and when I requested to cancel stay they were not ready to refund any money. Calling any customer service or any escalation were just falling on deaf ears. I would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. When I arrived, the receptionist was asleep at the front desk and ignored my repeated requests to check in. After waiting nearly an hour with no assistance, I had to book another hotel—at a much higher cost. This was the worst service I’ve ever encountered. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone; don’t even give it a second thought.
